CLEANROOM GARMENT

FEATURES AND BENEFITS :

Cleanroom apparel compatible from Iso class 4. Apparel sterilized by gamma irradiation Coverall meets Category 3 Type 5/6. Bound seams and tunneled elastics. Elasticated thumb loop. Three-panel hood. Adhesive protective flap. Double packaging fully sealed.

BONUS ADD-ON :

New material MICROMIUM®, light and very low contaminant

In a cleanroom environment, the operator is the main vector of contamination. The clothing worn plays an essential role in minimizing the risk of contamination. The MICROMIUM® material used for the design of the WEEPRO LABO® suit minimizes the shedding of particles quite dramatically.

The results obtained on the performance of the particle deposit fall well below category 1 (the most selective category). These tests were carried out on the basis of the HELMKE drum test method.

This new cleanroom clothing meets all of the latter requirements of ESP RP CC003.4, namely :

Properties of the materials used in the design: non-contaminant material. The MICROMIUM® fabric meets the chemical and biological risk requirements and is treated with an antistatic coating.

Design of the clothing: Manufacture in a controlled environment Enhanced comfort with raglan sleeves and 3 section hood.

Construction of the clothing: The tunnelled seam technology is used on all clothing and the elastic is fully bound. All of the sewn sections are consequently covered and create a barrier against fine particles.
